Welcome back to all our whānau
It was great to meet and welcome the new caregivers to our kura at the powhiri on the first day at school.

I am passionate about building this Kura to be an amazing place for all our students to become amazing citizens of Whanganui. So many things have been evolving over the last couple of years –  more students, new classrooms, a huge amount of co-curricular activities, special character, and outstanding academic results.
With the increase in roll and the amount of students doing so many activities,I feel it is timely time to start a Parent Friends Association. This group of dedicated parents and caregivers would walk side by side with the college to make sure that our tamariki have extra support. This group would help with organising a couple of exciting events each year to raise funds for a variety of equipment or property for the school (I already have several exciting ideas to share) and assisting with staff and community functions.

If you are interested in being a part of this group please can you email my PA. Aileen, with your name and best contact details. An initial hui will be held next Wednesday night in the College Board Room at 6.30 pm.
I look forward to us beginning the inaugural Cullinane College PFA.
