Welcome and back to another exciting year at Cullinane College.
One of our goals for this year:

BUILDING A HOLISTIC STUDENT THROUGH INVOLVEMENT AND COMMITMENT BEYOND THE CLASSROOM.

There is a clear correlation showing that young people who are involved and actively participate in a variety of activities outside the classroom help them succeed. They learn the Catholic values and habits to enjoy success in life as adults who are able to contribute to our society. This kura is driven to provide a place where young people can develop into loving parents, loyal partners and terrific role models to others.

For this to happen we need a collaboration of teachers, sports clubs and our whānau.

We have a desire to revitalize our sport in all areas and are currently working with Sport Whanganui and local clubs to ensure we can provide for all sports, reintroduce activities and continue to develop existing sports.

HE TOA TAKITINI                                         BUT AS A COLLECTIVE

It is our goal to work in partnership with our community and I personally would like to have parents involved as coaches, managers and team administrators. ‘Where there is a need, do something about it.’  This would support our staff who are involved, help build relationships between home and school.
